Description
This is NOT an item you can purchase, this is only to inform you about the difference between oxydized and not oxydized Natural Jewels.
Almost all of my silver jewerly is oxydized. But it is also possible to order the items NOT oxydized. I get a lot of questions about the difference between oxydized and not-oxydized, so I think it is wise to show you.
When a piece of jewelry is oxydized, it gets an old, vintage look. It is made black and after that the upper parts are polished with Steelwool to make them clean. This way the silver will show depth and contrast.
Look at the pictures and you will see what I mean. The dark silver is oxydized, the light silver is not.
