- The day payment clears is the day I will ship. Normally I will ship with Priority Mail.

- It will take 5-7 workingdays to deliver to the States, in Europe it will take 3-5 workingdays. I am not responsible for mail not being delivered.

- If you are not satisfied with your chosen jewelry, you may sent it back within 7 days after receiving the parcel. The conditiones of return are: you may not have worn the jewelry and it must be sent back in the original packaging. The money will be returned to you on your bankaccount as soon as I have received the jewelry in good state.
Jewelry made in custom order cannot be returned

Das Geld wird auf Ihren Rechnung vermacht wenn ich das Natural Jewel in güten Stand empfangen habe. Schmuck in Auftrag gemacht, kann nicht retourniert werden.
- Si vous n'êtes pas content avec votre acquisition, vous permettez retourner le Natural Jewel dans les délais de 7 jours. Ce à condition de vous n'avez pas porter le |Jewel et il est retourné dans l'emballage originale.

If your jewelry gets damaged, I can repair it. Costs depend on the size of the repair and will be fixed after mutual consideration. Small repairs are free. Shipping charges are for you.
Wenn Ihre Natural Jewel beschädigt wird, kann ich das reparieren. Die Kosten dafür sind der Grösse der Reparation abhängig und wird festgestelt werden nach gemeinsamer Beratung. Kleine Reparaturen sind kostenlos. Die Versandkosten sind für Sie.
